Please read the below details about our Payment, Packaging and Delivery processes.

Processing and Packaging of Orders

Natural Weapon Nutrition processes your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are printed daily at and packaged for courier pickup or express postage.

In the event that there is an issue with your order, you will be contacted via the email provided when making your purchase as described in the Terms & Conditions.

You will be notified via the email provided of your orders processing status. Your order status is set to “Completed” when we have finished our process with your order.

Orders are processed upon your payments successful verification. Please read the Payments section for further information on this.

At Natural Weapon Nutrition we try to keep as many items in stock as possible, however there may be out of stock situations due to reasons out of our control. We endeavour to make this known before you choose to purchase the product by displaying a stock status for each item. If a product is ordered and is for some reason not available at the time you place your order due to an inventory error or other unforeseen reason, the item(s) will be placed on back order. For extended unavailability we will contact you and offer the following options:

1: Substitution of product for alternate flavour

or

2: Hold back order until item chosen is available

If part of your order is required to be placed on back order due to long term unavailability, we will notify you that it has arrived and ship the item as per the original order. You will not be charged for the shipment of the item(s).

Payments

Payment must be completed before we will dispatch any goods to you from your order. The below details the process for us to process your order for our provided payment methods.

AfterPay

AfterPay require that we not dispatch orders until it has been confirmed that you are able to make payment to them for your purchase. In the event that AfterPay detects there is an issue with your payment of goods, we will not be able to process and dispatch goods to you. This is done during the checkout phase and notifications of this are performed via the AfterPay Gateway. Upon confirmation from AfterPay, we will dispatch goods to you as per our normal process. If there is an error during this process we will contact you via the details provided to advise you.

AfterPay payments are securely processed through an API, financial data and account information is not kept with us. By using AfterPay, you agree to their terms and conditions, as given to you at the time of signing up for their service.

Stripe

Stripe provide PCI compliant debit/credit card payment services to Natural Weapon Nutrition. As a payment gateway provider, Stripe employ fraud detection tactics on all transactions and as a result, any transaction flagged as fraudulent or possibly fraudulent is automatically cancelled by Stripe and cannot be circumvented or changed by Natural Weapon Nutrition. This will result in your order failing and will not be processed. You will be notified at the checkout if this or any other error occurs that interfered with your purchase. Error messages may vary between errors and potentially fraudulent transactions, however if you do receive an error of some description and do not receive a receipt from us then your order has not been processed.

Square

Square provide a PCI compliant credit/debit card payment service to Natural Weapon Nutrition. As a payment gateway provider, Square employ fraud detection tactics on all transactions and as a result may decline processing of your card if the activity is deemed as suspicious. Any transactions that are marked as possibly fraudulent by Square will be cancelled and result in your order failing to be processed. You will be notified at the checkout if this or any other error occurs that interfered with your purchase. Error messages may vary between errors and potentially fraudulent transactions, however if you do receive an error of some description and do not receive a receipt from us then your order has not been processed.

Free Delivery to Your Gym

Free delivery to your gym is offered to our partner organisations within our local area. By selecting this delivery option, you must have a specific promotional code for the allocated facility. This service is free of charge. We can only deliver these during the nominated facilities staffed hours and will not leave orders unattended.

Once delivered, your order will be set as “Completed” in our system and you will be notified via the email you used when making the purchase.

Once delivered, orders are no longer the responsibility of Natural Weapon Nutrition and custody of the goods is transferred to the staff of your facility. We are not liable for misplaced orders or theft occurring in the facility.

If there are issues in completing your delivery, we will contact you via email or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Timeframe Commitments

Orders made before 3pm on business days will usually be delivered the evening of the same day that your purchase is made, however this is subject to the payment method used and staffed hours to the facility you nominated by entering a valid coupon code. Specific times of delivery may vary from facility to facility and are dependent on staffed hours and class timetables.

Flat Rate Shipping

Sendle, our courier partner, picks up all “Flat Rate” standard delivery packages the day following your order. This is done to smoothly deliver each and every order made on a single day in one batch, as efficiently as possible. Orders made before 4pm will have a Sendle courier booked for the following day if there are no issues with your order. Sendle does not cover all of Australia, however their network is expanding into more regions every month. In the event that Sendle cannot deliver to your area we will ship via Australia Post and their delivery timeframes and tracking abilities will apply.

Sendle usually will deliver in the following time frames, however they will also keep you updated via email provided at the time of purchase with an estimated delivery time frame:

  • Sydney and surrounding areas – 1-2 business days
  • NSW, outside of Sydney Metro – 1-2 business days
  • NSW, Regional Areas – 3-5 business days
  • Australian Capital Territory – 2-4 business days
  • Australian East Coast (VIC, QLD) – 2-4 business days
  • Australian East Cost (Regional VIC & QLD) – 2-4 business days
  • South Australia – 2-4 business days
  • Tasmania – 3-6 business days
  • Northern Territory – 4-6 business days
  • Western Australia – 4-6 business days

If you need your product sooner than these estimates we suggest using the Express Shipping option for your order.

Your order will be sent in accordance with our obligations to the method you have chosen to make payment. If we do not receive authorisation from the provider to dispatch goods, we are required to wait for this, which may delay the dispatch of your order.

Express Shipping

We provide express shipping services via Australia Post. Orders placed before 3pm on business days are given to Australia Post that day or the following morning to commence the delivery process. Once handed to Australia Post we will mark your order as complete from our end and you will receive tracking details.

We strive to meet the packaging and labeling criteria to allow Australia Post to deliver your package per their guarantee of next business day delivery within their network. If you are outside their delivery network, you will need to utilise the tracking information sent to you to find out when to expect the delivery to arrive.

Delivery delays may be incurred due to public holidays or unforeseen events within Australia Post its delivery network or franchisees.

Australia Post Parcel Locker

Courier networks cannot deliver to Parcel Lockers. Parcel locker deliveries are handled by Australia Post and as such, handled by Australia Post.
