Protein Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1 Cup of water (for thicker pancake mix use less water)
  • Your preferred greasing for frypan (spray oil or 1 tsp of butter)

Method

  1. Add water slowly to pancake mix and stir until the batter is thoroughly combined to your liking. Be careful to not over beat the batter.
  2. Heat and grease a frying pan to a medium-high heat or 87 degrees celcius
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan when it is at temperature
  4. When bubbles are forming on the surface of the pancake, flip it and continue to cook until golden brown

Protein Waffles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1 Cup of water (for thicker texture use less water)
  • 1 tsp of your preferred cooking oil
  • Your preferred greasing for waffle iron

Method

  1. Add water and oil slowly to pancake mix and stir until the batter is thoroughly combined to your liking. Be careful to not over beat the batter
  2. Grease the waffle iron
  3. When iron is at temperature pour the batter on according to waffle irons instructions
  4. Cook according to the waffle irons instructions
