Our Nutrition Coaching Methodology
We keep our Nutrition Coaching methodology simple. Using the latest in body composition technology our simple, yet effective process provides sustainable results that translate to a healthier lifestyle and get you where you want to be.
Establish a Baseline & Understanding
All first time clients go through a consultation and screening to determine a baseline for the current state of their body composition. This provides you and us a starting point to refer back to when we set goals.
Once we have a baseline we then walk you through your measurements, what they mean and how they apply to your current situation and your goals.
With an understanding of your position and goals we then set targets for your nutrition and activity. These are simple and effective means to stimulate the body, feed you the right amount of food and correct your current course if needed.
Reassess and Adjust
After a set period of time you will return to be measured again, have your results compared to the initial consultation and we will determine the next series of targets to continue your progress.
You will be able to see the changes in body fat percentage, visceral fat, body fat, muscle and much more.
