Collected Information
When you place an order through this website your name, e-mail, phone number, address are collected to process your order. Your credit card or debit card are NOT collected or stored by NutriWise Nutrition. They are securely collected by the payment gateway provider for payment of your order to occur.
Use of Collected Information
Your name and address will be required to be displayed on all deliveries to facilitate efficient delivery by our delivery partners. We will use email and/or the provided phone number to contact you if required to discuss any issues with your order.
If the above methods of contact are not effective, we may write to the Billing Address provided to advise you of the issue at hand.
We use a third party mail list provider (MailChimp) to email those who choose to subscribe to our mailing list. MailChimp have their own privacy policy that you should also consult for further information.
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use information provided to contact you via email for purposes of newsletter delivery. We also use your postcode to accurately find where our largest concentration of users is, this is to help facilitate events, improve coverage and offer discounts.
Protection of Customer Information
When you place orders, we use a secure third party payment provider (Stripe, Square or AfterPay). As such, credit card information is not stored on NutriWise Nutrition’s servers and we comply with the PCI standards through the use of these gateways.
All customer data we collect is protected by encryption software and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.
Please note that credit card details are not stored by us at all and we never see the entirety of a credit card number, just a transaction record provided by the payment processor.
Information Regarding Cookies
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your device’s hard drive. NWN cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed.
If you clear your browser history and cookies, new cookies will be generated the next time you visit our site.
