10min Air Fryer Steak!. Ok Air Fryers aren’t just a fad - they’re actually useful!

We’re moving house at the moment so I experimented with air frying a steak that’s been in the freezer for a bit.

This method will give you a great steak even if you’re shit at cooking!

1. Coat lightly in olive oil, salt and pepper each side (I used one of my BBQ Rubs)

2. Preheat air fryer for 5min at 180. Set timer for 15min though.

3. Put steak in fryer at 10min on timer. Flip it at 5min on timer.

4. Pull it out and chuck it in a searing hot pan for a minute each side.
